Created in 1990 by Thierry EDEL, ETD strives constantly to adapt to the design and manufacturing requirements for tooling used in the industrialisation of plastic products.
ETD designs and manufactures ; moulds for the injection of plastic, moulds incorporating the injection of gas and water, blow moulding and compression moulding tools, from 500 kg to 40 tonnes.
We undertake the mould designs, the choice of materials and the manufacturing of the finished tool : steel moulds, fortal moulds, 2D and 3D models in prototype resin. We assure every stage from the designs to the manufacture of the production tool, carrying out mould trials, fine tuning and the delivery of pre-production.
We create the technical drawings and the 3D computer modelling of your products and carry out the rheology study. All our workstations are connected to a network which links the design office to the workshop providing universal access to 2D, 3D,
CAD and CAM programms and data.
